ClosedLoop Health is now VizLoop.
We’ve changed our name to VizLoop.
The name reflects the workflow we’re building for pharma teams: observe what AI tells patients and healthcare professionals, compare it with the message you intend and the evidence behind it, decide where to respond, then measure again.
At launch, our focus is Visibility and Label Substantiation. Visibility documents how medicines appear in the answers we capture and which sources those answers cite. Label Substantiation brings the answer together with the applicable FDA label, so a reviewer can inspect the supporting language and important qualifications.
Those views belong together. A mention tells you that your medicine appeared. The surrounding explanation tells you what someone may take away about its use, benefits and limitations. That is where pharma teams need more detail.
We’re building VizLoop to make that review practical: the question, the answer, the source and the date in one record, followed by a clear next step and another measurement.
During the transition, you may still hear from us through a ClosedLoop email address. Those messages are from the same team.
