We know what a defensible answer looks like.
VizLoop was started by people who have written, reviewed, and answered for safety information in healthcare.
We built Visibility and Label Substantiation for pharma: captured AI answers and cited sources, compared with versioned Prescribing Information. The answer can change without notice.
What changed
For most of the industry's history, product information reached the public through channels a company could review, approve, and file. Claims passed through a process. Each piece was dated and kept.
Now, a patient can ask an AI assistant. The answer is assembled from what the engine retrieves, can change as the engine changes, and may never appear in the company's review process. The standard for safety information remains. The surface has changed.
This is not a failure of any particular engine. It is a structural gap: a new surface where safety information is reproduced at scale, outside the company's normal review process.
What we believe
Capture the answer verbatim. Compare it with required safety information. Date it. Check it again on schedule. Everything else follows from having a record.
A score is only useful when people can see what it is measured against. We compare answers with the product's required safety information and show the basis for the finding.
Each score stays tied to the answer, source version, timestamp, and identifier. If a figure cannot be traced, it does not ship.
The sample report and methodology are open to inspection. The product is built for people whose job is to check, and it should survive checking.
VizLoop does not change what an AI assistant says or make a compliance determination. It documents what was said, scores it, and routes what is missing to a person. What happens next belongs to the company.
Built around the record
The product is built around one simple requirement: anyone reading a finding should be able to trace it back to the answer that produced it.
Capture from the surface. Answers come directly from major AI assistants and, where needed, from human-captured sessions.
Compare with a source. Versioned safety information gives every comparison a stated reference.
Preserve the evidence. The answer, source version, timestamp, and identifier stay together.
Show the finding. Found, Partial, and Omitted make the result legible to a reader.
Direct capture where possible, human-captured sessions where needed. No customer system to connect, no data to hand over, and nothing to integrate. The record stays independent of the company it describes.
The public answer changes. The record should not disappear.
AI answers can change before the people responsible for a product see them. VizLoop gives that team a dated place to inspect what was said, what source it was compared with, and what needs a closer look.
That is the record we build.
See the record.
Tell us which product you want to inspect. We’ll show you the sample report and explain the method.
